Directions to La Beauconniere
If you are coming from Cherbourg, follow for Saint Lo and then for Torigni-sur-Vire via the Saint Lo bypass. If you are coming from Calais, Boulogne, Ouistreham or other points north east of Normandy, then find your way to the A84 and get off at Torigni-sur-Vire. At Torigni, follow for Saint-Amand and Caumont l'Evente. Turn left towards Cerisy la Foret and after about 3kms, turn right for Lamberville. Upon arrival at the church, turn right (huge calvary on the corner), descend the hill, go past the recycling area and the few houses on the right-hand side, and take the first right turn. Look for the long white fence and the avenue. If you arrive at a series of sharp turns followed by an incline, you missed the right turn. If you should miss any turns between Torigni and Caumont, always take the turn if the sign says "LAMBERVILLE".
There are easier and quicker ways to find us but, having got us lost on holiday so many times, along with the accompanying ear-bashing, I will simply say no more and invite the more intrepid drivers to have a go! Good luck and Bonne route!
